Temporary Immigration Paralegal

HIRECounsel, one of the nations leading legal staffing companies, is currently seeking Immigration Paralegals to assist our client, a large New York City based law firm.

 

Candidates will assist with the processing and completing of H1B immigration visas.  Candidate should be very familiar with the rules and regulations governing H1B visas and be comfortable answering routine questions from clients.  Candidate should be poised professional and articulate as well as comfortable interacting with the attorneys supervising the ongoing matters.  We expect the project to run for approximately 3 months.

 

Ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, an exceptional eye for detail, general computer skills, an Associate of Arts degree, and a professional and engaging phone manner.  Additionally candidates should be motivated, energetic, and articulate and work well in a team environment and have a minimum of two years relevant experience.
