Temporary Legal Assistant


Provide administrative and clerical support to the legal department; type dictation (letters, memos, legal documents, releases, and contracts); screen internal and external calls for department; open and distribute mail; maintain legal files and logs for the department; schedule meetings and maintain calendar; continuously display strong communication and organizational skills


Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong typing skills and organizational skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management. Must be able to display professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Effective oral and written communication skills. The ability to handle multiple task simultaneously and excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associates' Degree.
