Requirements:

Candidates:

? Should have experience in either one of our target industries (Legal or Financial) or recruiting (any discipline/field)
? Must communicate well and have the ability to manage a number of assignments simultaneously

? Must be computer literate
? Must have (or quickly develop) the ability to interview candidates in detail on the phone and/or in person


Open positions and on target earnings ?

? Senior Recruiters - up to $300K/year
? Junior Recruiters - up to $150K/year
