Trademark Case Assistant

The San Francisco office of Heller Ehramn is searching for a Trademark Case Assistant.

 

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties which are all billable:
review foreign trademark updates
review & update docket
review correspondence
review trademark status reports for updates
prepare revised letters
prepare new United States intent to use trademark applications
prepare foreign filing instruction letters, update foreign filing status report
prepare stylized logo and drawing pages
update trademark specification
update assignment status chart
prepare correspondence to clients
create records
prepare powers of Attorney

 

Position Requirements:

 

Must have BA degree and solid work experience

Must have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to communicate will all levels of staff

Excellent computer skills including MS Word and power point

Must be able to work independently and have excellent judgment abilities
