Trademark Paralegal

Global corporation headquartered in White Plains seeks an experienced trademark paralegal to join its in-house legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the foreign trademark portfolio including prosecution, maintenance and due diligence and will also be responsible for domestic trademark prosecution, docketing and the oversight of outside counsel on opposition and cancellation matters.

Requirements:
At least 3 years prior experience in managing international trademark portfolios as well as non-U.S. trademark prosecution
Knowledge of PATTSY database
4 year college degree preferred.
