Trademark & Patent Paralegal to $65K

Prominent Gateway Newark Law Firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal for their Patent & Trademark department.

 

RESPONSIBLITIES:

*Formalize and file patent and trademark applications

*Coordinate Assignments and Declarations for execution of inventions

*Prepare and file changes of correspondence address and associate powers of attorney

*Coordinate annuity payments for client?s foreign patent portfolio

*Prepare Section 8 & Section 15

*Maintain database of Intellectual Property

 

REQUIRED:

*Bachelors Degree, preferred

*3 to 5 Intellectual Property experience

*Solid Computer Skills
