We are seeking a candidate for the position of

Project Manager

 

Qualified candidates will be dynamic, high integrity individuals who are adaptable and innovative team players that enjoy the challenge of employment within a service-based environment.

 

The position is responsible for managing imaging, coding and electronic data discovery projects as well as providing support for the litigation department.

 

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent.3 years of experience in Litigation Support/2+ years of management experience a MUST!Extensive working experience with litigation imaging, coding andelectronic data discovery applications such as IPRO, Concordance, and SummationEffective verbal and written communication skillsEffective organizational skillsAttention to detailAbility to work flexible hours as neededAbility to coordinate multiple large projects simultaneously.Ability to document technical work processes

 

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Performing Electronic Data Discovery ProjectSetting up imaging projectsCommunicating with clients and production/sales staff with regard to project expectations and timelinesDocumenting project expectations in statements of work and project specificationsQuality assurance of project data prior to client deliveryUse critical thinking and trouble-shooting abilities to formulate cost effective solutions.Meet with clients outside the office for project planning meetings or project tracking activitiesAssist sales team with small scale project management
