Job Description
The attorney taking this position would be opening a branch office of a Georgia based law firm in Ocala, Florida. This transactional real estate attorney would be responsible for handling all of the Firm's Ocala based clients. This is a very compelling opportunity for the attorney who enjoys working in an autonomous work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

The attorney's primary responsibilities would include negotiating, reviewing and preparing contracts, real estate closing and title opinions and general transactional activities in real estate matters - for first time home buyers all the way to representational matters of complex commercial real estate clients.

Job Qualifications

? The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience of transactional real estate practice.

? No portable business is required for this position.
