Vice President, General Counsel

Responsibilities:
As the most senior legal executive and officer of the Company reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for directing all legal matters to ensure strong corporate governance with particular focus on corporate and patent law. You will engage and direct outside legal counsel on specific matters that relate to good corporate governance. You will create and execute a legal functional strategy for Aspect as well as demonstrate and support our Core Values of leadership, focus, teamwork, customer driven action and accountability.Requirements:You must be a Massachusetts licensed and degreed JD with demonstrated managerial skills and good business judgment. You must have previous in-house counsel experience ideally in a pharmaceutical, medical technology, or biotech with exposure to a broad range of legal matters. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly motivated, self directed and a strong team player....
