Responsibilities: production batch and ingredient reportingvariance analysis and review on productioninvestigate and correct variancesreconcile and adjust inventoryrun control desk for physical inventories; enter and correct inventory tagsclose production batches to cost; finalize batches through to journal processorcollect and organize data from Infinium, Access and other reports; calculate yield and scrap losscalculate spreadsheets for Bills of Materials; set up raw materials, formulas and products in Infiniumwork with production staff to correct inventory and production problemssupport and back-up Schedulercheck ATP report for potential customer shortagescreate batch tickets for repacks and co-packed items
