ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

The Fuller Brush Company, a leading manufacturer of household and industrial cleaning products, has an immediate opportunity for an Assistant Controller to assist in directing the organization?s accounting functions. 

 

Specific responsibilities include establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures; overseeing the preparation and evaluation of budgets and other financial operating reports and presenting findings and recommendations to top management; conducting financial analysis; and preparing financial statements. 



Required skills and education include a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting; CPA certification; 5 to 7 years experience in accounting including 1-2 years in public accounting and financial statement preparation; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
