Full Time - $32,000 - $35,000 per year

Part Time- $12.50  - $15 per hour

Staff Management is a leading provider of custom designed staffing solutions for Fortune 500 companies throughout the country. We have great opportunities with growth potential at Staff Management in Atlanta, GA.

The Senior Account Manager must:

*Manage the day-to-day interaction with our client, including daily information flow, problem solving, process improvements and general reports.
*Provide immediate front line customer service to management team, candidates and clients.
*Handle order requests from client.
*Handle associate relations activities, communications, and investigations.
*Ability to conduct investigations, performance and coaching of employees, hiring/firing decisions, investigations and perform safety checks.
*Ensure compliance with contract relate services, interviewing, orientations, payroll and invoicing.
*Ability to provide reports to Director level such as forecasting, financial and trend analysis, recruiting, strategic planning and local office plans.
*Maintain deadline driven processes.

Responsibilities also include monitoring quality, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching employees, meeting performance objectives and more.

Our exciting, fast-paced environment is a good fit for candidates with excellent multi-tasking skills. In this position, most of your time would be spent interacting with our client and our employees, so exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must.

This position operates on the 2nd shift 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
