Account Services Rep

Responds immediately to all customer requests and changes pertaining to file transfers, proof approvals and production support.

Serves as a direct liaison between the customer and the RR Donnelley Operations Team, overseeing timely and accurate file transfers and proof approvals.

Participates in customer internal planning activities to provide insights and directions to RR Donnelley in order to satisfy the customer's requirements.

Leads the service recovery process and works with Customer Care Management and Manufacturing Site on corrective action.

Works together with manufacturing sites on file transfer and production start up.

Provides backup support for the Optimization Supervisor.

Maintains active communication between sales, Telecom & Technology Operations, manufacturing and the client.

Qualifications
3 years Customer Care/Account Services Support experience required.

Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred.

College degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in print manufacturing and prepress required. Premedia experienced preferred.

Business savvy and insightful.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately and effectively.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, manufacturing, sales and peers.

Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.

Excellent organizational and analytical problem solving skills.

Experience in production planning, inventory management and or supply chain/purchasing is a plus.

Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment.
