Account Supervisors

Experience the challenge and the intensity of helping to run our on-site staffing operations.

We're searching for a dynamic individual who can supervise people and make decisions for all shifts in Fayetteville, AR.

The ideal candidates will have:

* 2-5 years management experience

* Leadership ability

* Maturity to complete projects

* Computer knowledge (Excel)

* Customer service skills

* A hands-on management style

* A results-oriented demeanor

* Attention to details

* Great organizational skills

The Account Supervisor oversees the day-to-day tasks associated with supervising employees. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, scheduling employees, monitoring attendance, tracking payroll and much more. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

We are looking for 1st shift (6am-3:30 pm) and 2nd shift (temporary) Supervisors and offer great benefits!
