Accounting Manager to $78k+ -

Job Description: A Technical manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, talented Accounting Manager to be responsible for managing all of the company's accounting functions including A/P, A/R, general ledger, collections, expense reports, and payroll. Duties will include:

. developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems, procedures and policies.

. ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data, including monthly semi-annual, and annual financial.

. acting as a liaison between the company, government, and CPA auditors in providing required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.

. managing Accounting department staff including selection, development, performance management and evaluation.

. Working with all levels of company management and employees to enhance effective accounting-related operations and communication across the company.



Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and 7+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years in accounting management roles. A CPA is preferred but not required. Must have working knowledge of US GAAP and full accounting cycle. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and enterprise software. We strongly prefer that the candidate have experience with MAS 200. Requires excellent organizational, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
