Administative Assistant (Contract Employee) (FP14-ILS-06)

Position Responsibilities
The position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the CLS Program Manager ? ILAV and staff. This includes managing administrative duties; schedule and coordinate meetings, assuring proper equipment and supplies are available. Coordinates travel arrangements for domestic and international travel, including researching workable flight arrangements, accommodations, rental transportation, and arranging itineraries. Gathers and assembles documentation for expense reporting, including creating and submitting reports to Finance. Monitors phone coverage for the ILAV Maintenance and Training Facility. Various other projects as assigned by superiors.


Position Requirements
Associates Degree or BS Degree, certifications or at least 2 years appropriate experience as an administrative assistant required. Systems thinking, self initiation.

Computer software programs ? Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Internet Research, telephone skills, along with knowledge and skills to perform routine maintenance of computer, printers, copy and fax machines.

Administrative skills: skills necessary to manage and organize various documents including financial reports submitted by various operations, confidential paperwork resulting from due diligence of business development projects, various department personnel records, and any other paperwork received from other departments.

Workplace is located in Iraq. Applicant must relocate. Danger Pay, Foreign Service Pay, and Area Differential Pay apply.

Contract period is estimated to be 24 months.
