Assembler to $22k+ - Electronics
Job Description: Assembly work and rework soldering (through-hole, surface mount, fine pitch), wiring, point-to-point, harnessing and other hand soldering or mechanical assembly as required. .
Responsible for achieving and maintaining certification throughout employment. .Responsible for reading and interpreting drawings, understanding flag notes, interpreting drawing changes, understanding parts lists and corresponding item numbers.
Responsible for following instructions on work orders, drawings, process specifications, and work instructions. .
Includes responsibility for using precision measuring tools, understanding of mechanical assembly techniques, and dexterity in using hand tools and power tools. .Includes familiarity with assembly hardware, chemical, safety, and ESD awareness .Able to accurately fill out documents relating to job duties. .
Familiar with or certified to Mil-Std- 2000A and IPC 610 .
Able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions..
Able to use the Bar Code Tracking System..
Able to perform difficult rework and assemblies..
US citizen. .
High school diploma and minimum of 1 - 2 years related experience
