Assembly Associate
Assembly Associate Description: Position parts to be assembled by following blue prints and Detailed Manufacturing instructions.
Works at bench as member of assembly group assembling one or more specific parts to meet production requirements. Performs all the duties of the standard, miniature and push button switches.
Positions parts in specific opening and screws or bolts them in place.
Solders/Welds parts by following schematic, blueprint and manufacturing instructions to assemble final unit.
Bonds parts together to form subassemblies
Stamps parts to identity units being assembled
Verifies correct assembly of final unit
Performs related duties, which may be assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year assembly experience or equivalent.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Soldering/Welding
Blueprint and or/schematic reading
finger dexterity
Hand-eye coordination
Location: Sylmar, CA
Type: CONTRACT
Duration: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $10.02 - $12.02 Hourly DOE
