A local manufacturing company in Seymour has multiple openings.
Job requirements:
1. High School Diploma/ GED
2. Good Stable Work History (proven Longevity in past work history)
3. Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
4. Willing to follow a strict attendance policy
5. Pass a drug screen
6. Pass a background check (No felonys or misdemeanors; only minor misdemeanors will be accepted.)
Positions that we have could go temporary to hire anytime after 90 days.
We are currently looking for temporaries to work in the Molding, Coating, and Assembly areas. Will need to be flexible to move from one are to another. In each work area, the work is done standing vs. sitting. Will need to use both hands to lift, trim, assemble, load, and unload lightweight parts. Will need to know left from right. Will enter production into a computer system. Must be able to reach, bend, twist, and lift up to 15 lbs on a repetitive basis.
This is very hot, fast paced, repetitive work.
We are currently filling for all three shifts
1st - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30 min unpaid lunch)
2nd - 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (30 min unpaid lunch)
3rd - 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM (20 min paid lunch)
We may assign temporary workers on all three shifts; however they only hire full-time on 2nd or 3rd. (You must be shift flexible)
