Assembly/Test Technician

Adaptive Micro Systems LLC, the world?s fastest growing manufacturer of LED Display Systems, is seeking an Assembly/Test Technician to join our team at our corporate office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

The Assembly/Test Technician will perform duties related to functional testing of electro-mechanical LED displays and/or the assembly and testing of spare part packages for the end user.


Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing test in operations, including working with engineers in setting up/performing testing related to production parts, components, circuit boards and completed final assemblies. May assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing test process.Assist in the training others to perform testing requirements.Position will interface very closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Group, and floor personnel.Assist Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and manufacturing personnel in problem solving activities.

 

 Requirements: 5 years experience with equipment final testing and spare parts testing. Understanding the basic electronic terminology.Microsoft office products Word and Excel.Windows based navigation skills required.Communication skills and an ability to take a hands-on approach while driving improvements.
