CORESTAFF Services, a leading national staffing firm, is currently recruiting for experienced Assembly and Soldering Associates for a client in the Northwest Houston area. These are temporary-to-hire openings paying a market competitive salary based on experience and skills.



Solder Specialists ? 6 openings (day shift)

Must be able to perform expert assembly of small gauge wires and may rework printed circuit boards. To qualify, please provide a list of the soldering and assembly certifications that you hold and a description of the products you have assembled. Candidates must be flexible with work hours; from time to time, this position may be required to work nights or long hours to meet the production schedule or other deadlines. Through hole soldering required for sophisticated electronics and cable assembly.( Level 2 soldering)



SMT - PC board rework soldering required. Certification desired.

 





Electro-Mechanical Assembly ? Marine Products ? 2 openings; 2nd shift (4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.)

This position performs a wide range of repetitive mechanical assembly operations using a broad range of hand tools. The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience in a position that required manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, & knowing the color code. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to read and understand work instruction and assembly drawings and various mechanical and electrical measuring equipment. Position supports inventory cycle counts, performs clean up and tool inventory within department. Candidates will learn all aspects of building the product (subassemblies, finished product, and refurbishment) and will be expected to participate in continuous improvement and team building activities while maintaining productive working relationships with all department associates.

 

Electromechanical Assembler - (5 positions ? days 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)

This position is the entry/training point for an Electro Mechanical Assembly process that fabricates a geophones. Requirements: To quality, applicants should have 12 months work experience in an assembly environment making small items; excellent dexterity to handle small mechanical parts, using small hand tools, such as tweezers and long nose pliers; and good eyesight, including color discrimination.
