Assistant General Manager, Precast Concrete
One of the country?s largest manufacturers of precast concrete products with branches throughout the South West is seeking a qualified Assistant GM for our Arizona plant. In addition to manufacturing precast concrete, we also operate a large fleet of trucks, manufacture fabricated steel products, operate on site construction crews, and wholesale distribute a variety of related products.
This individual will have share in the bottom line responsibility for setting overall direction and goals for sales growth and manufacturing efficiency. This position will report to the Regional General Manager, Company COO and Company CEO/President.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment with progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience. At least part of that experience should be in precast concrete manufacturing.
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Visual Manufacturing computer skills are essential to this job. Bachelor?s degree preferred, but not required.
