IFCO Systems is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Management Trainee for our pallet management division in Denver, CO. If you've ever wanted to learn a successful business from the ground up, this is your opportunity!  We are looking for candidates driven to succeed.  This is not a classroom training program ? you will be on the job from Day One learning all aspects of our growing business including production scheduling, people management, financials, and sales and marketing.

The successful candidate will possess people management skills, strategic thinking ability, strong math and computer skills, and solid presentation skills. A college degree is required, and experience in a manufacturing, production, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred. Applicants need a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Prior experience with P&L and budgets is helpful. Prior experience in sales, especially as related to developing new markets and analyzing current market potentials is a definite plus.
