Asst. HR Manager

A leading manufacturing client is searching for an Assistant Human Resources Manager for their Florida location. The Assistant HR Manager will report the with Human Resources Manager with responsibilities for 850+ employees in the areas of employee relations, benefits and recruiting.

The candidate must have:

A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years experience in human resources in a large manufacturing facility.

High energy with excellent communication skills.

Experience in employee relations, recruitment, EEO/AA compliance, base compensation and benefits administration.

Knowledge of employment policies, practices and principles.
