GENERAL BACKGROUND:

Marietta Corporation is searching for someone with an analytics background that will look after its key business trends for the company. This position will influence the company's overall efficiencies and cash position deemed critical to our growth objectives. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the region with a dynamic environment that spells excitement and opportunity for those that are seeking professional growth and challenges.

 

PURPOSE FOR THE POSITION:

Generate reports from sales and marketing data that will then be used for review and analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

?  Customer sales data for review of performance

?  Brand sales data

?  Program or project review

?  Forecast support reports

? Sales Analysis report ? 3-6-9 for all GAD locations

? Accounting and Operations reports

? Budget to sales reports ? including updates for Marketing reports

? Major account reports ? AHR, Unisource, Home Depot and Wegbreit

? Monthly updates of information from Sales Funnels and Customer reported back sales

?Gather and input all competitive price lists for easy query and information

?Gather competitive information from field and internet.

 

FUNCTIONS:Generate and Consolidate Monthly reportsDownload Gross Margin reports into DatabaseMinimum Monthly would prefer weeklyMaintain Customer CRM DatabaseThis would be a global database.Consolidate Reported Back Sales Information in DatabaseUse the information we are gathering from customers for more than rebate dataMaintain Competitive DatabaseProvide Unit information as necessary for quotation purposes


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Use special record keeping procedures and software such as Excel, and AccessRecognize errors in recorded informationThink logically to make decisions



 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:4 Year Degree with emphasis in Business or Math or work experience equivalentProficient in Word, Excel & AccessStrong math ability2 to 5 years of business experience within a corporate environmentCustomer experience a MUST
