Position is located in Ocean Spray Cranberries Corporate headquarters Lakeville, MA and reports to the Sr. Director of Manufacturing. Position has overall responsibility and accountability in providing direction for all operational activities of 4 OSC Beverage Processing and Packaging Plants. Scope of position includes direct reporting responsibility and leadership for four Plant Managers as well as oversight of approximately 875 operating employees consisting of 700 productions, maintenance and warehousing employees and 175 exempt and non-exempt salaried employees. Three of the four plants are non-union, with one plant in the mid-west having a bargaining unit. The four Beverage Plants have an aggregate annual operating budget of approximately $125MM with a case volume of 85MM including co-pack and Alliance Partner volumes. The product mix includes whole and jelly cranberry sauce (4 lines), Tetra-Pak (10 lines), Aseptic Cold Fill PET (1 line), Hot Fill PET (8 lines) and one hot fill can line. Position will also be required to manage a major co-manufacturing alliance as well as other subordinate co-pack arrangements. Plants are located in Wisconsin, Texas, New Jersey and Nevada, requiring frequent travel (25%) of this position.



The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in processing and packaging technologies, a significant track record on performance and budgetary responsibilities and the ability to effectively coach and develop Plant Managers.
