Adecco is now hiring for a Bilingual Onsite Manager to service a major manufacturing client in the Dallas area. Interested candidates must be fluent in Spanish. Experience working in production or manufacturing environment is required.

Job Summary:
Enable manufacturing operations to meet production goals by hiring and supervising a large temporary labor force. Participate in forecast meetings, create schedules and provide basic machine operations training. Identify applicants who meet the specific job needs by interviewing and matching candidates to the job description. Conduct orientation programs to ensure that candidates are prepared for work assignments in various departments. Become familiar with client supervisors and their areas of responsibility by creating department profiles and conducting weekly meetings. Perform both recruitment and retention activities to create an inventory of applicants sufficient to meet current and future client demand. Provide on-going coaching and counseling to onsite temporary workforce, including disciplinary action and termination. Provide accurate and timely data reports on payroll, invoicing and program performance metrics. Maximize use of Adecco’s office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations.
2. One to two years experience in a service-provider environment that requires self-management and multi-tasking
3. Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
4. Must be proficient in PC software, such as Word, Exel and email. Proficiency in PowerPoint preferred.
