Key role assisting in developing and executing business process Improvement strategy. Primary role includes scoping projects, leading key projects, mentoring project leaders, and conducting training. Mentors and coaches departmental resources in successful process improvement initiatives. Develops and conducts training, tools and techniques for use in driving improvement activities. Supports business systems to maintain reliability and use of existing tools. Works with functional areas to develop new processes and software solutions to drive improved transactional quality. The following are required for consideration: Bachelor Degree in Management and/or Engineering. Experience in I.T. systems and management. Experience in accounting/finance systems. Experience in Operations Planning practices. Experience in Supply Chain Management. Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Lean Expert Certified. Optivision experience required.
Preferred APICS certified.
