Board Repair Technician

ProLink Solutions? unique products provide the golf industry with the most sophisticated end-to-end solutions for improving the player golf experience, pace of play, and overall course revenue generation.
ProLink Solutions has an immediate opening for a Board Repair Technician that will be responsible for identifying faulty components on printed circuit board assemblies using schematics, standard test equipment, and custom test fixtures. The candidate will keep log of all assemblies that come through work area. Will work directly with superiors, peers, and subordinates in other departments and divisions to achieve required results.RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Identify faulty components on printed circuit board assemblies.
? Test circuit board assemblies.
? Make recommendations to increase efficiency of department operations.
? Document changes to test procedures.
? Share technical knowledge on products and learn products not currently supported.
? Some soldering may be required.
? Ensure adequate spare components are kept in stock.TECHNICAL SKILLS:
? Ability to read and understand schematics of electrical assemblies
? Ability to identify various common electronic components
? Ability to setup and operate common lab equipment such as Oscilliscope, voltmeters, signal generators
? Ability to troubleshoot electronic assemblies and determine if a component is faulty.
? Ability to solder and de-solder small electronic components.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
? Two year college degree and/or 5 years experience in a component level repair position.
