CNC Haas Mill Operators

Adecco Technical is currently seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators to fill 2 positions with our client located in Milwaukie.

Position: CNC Hass Mill Operator
# of Openings: 2
Shift: 3rd (10:30 pm ? 7:00 am)

These challenging positions will involve the set up and operation of one or more NC or CNC Lathes to perform turning, tapping, drilling, milling, boring and other machine operations over a wide range of surfaces, diameters and depths. Job setups may be complex and require turning to very close tolerances.

Requirements include:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years in a metal/steel manufacturing environment
- Vocational program or CNC equivalent machining experience (ex: Fanuc or Okuma controls)
- Knowledge of carbide inserted tooling, CNC programming and inspection procedures
- Ability to manage tooling and setups and to read and follow blueprints and drill tap charts
- Ability to use basic measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Good knowledge of basic shop math
- Strong concern for safety and quality
- Ability to handle work pieces up to 50 pounds

Other:
This is a contract position requires the work to be performed in a normal 40 hour workweek Mon ? Fri during standard business hours unless otherwise stated. You must be a very strong technical match to be considered.
