Machine Shop Manager

Parts manufacturer in Costa Mesa CA, is seeking a hands on manager for a busy Job shop. Supervise and program CNC Mills and Lathes. Must have verifiable Supervisory and or Management experience. You will be working with Steel and aluminum parts. Some R&D experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities;

Programming and set up both Mill and Lathe CNC machines

Job scheduling

Estimating and material ordering

Managing employees

Training supervisors

Qualifications
Strong Self-starter that is motivated with little supervision.
Must have a strong attention to detail.
Able to complete and prioritize simultaneous tasks on a daily basis.
Extremely competent with the ability to meet goals and deadlines.
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet.
