Qualifications 3 years multi-tasking experience (4 and/or 5-axis turning/milling centers)

or 3 years 2-axis turning experience and 3 years 4-axis machining center experience

The successful candidate will have experience with the manufacture of close tolerance components on 2, 3, 4 and 5 axis machine tools.??

CNC Operator, Mazak Slant Turn 50

Primary FunctionOperate a Mazak Slant 50 Turning Center Setup the workpiece Setup the cutting tools Preferable: Mazatrol programming on ~t~ series controls

Qualifications4 years of CNC 2-axis turning experience Ideally on long, big spindle bore machines

?

The successful candidate will have experience with the manufacture of close tolerance components on 2 axis turning centers machining parts with deep bores with 63 or better finishes.

CNC Operator: Daewoo/Fanuc 2-axis turning

Primary FunctionOperate a Daewoo 2-axis Turning Center with a Fanuc control Setup the workpiece Setup the cutting tools Preferable: G-Code programming

Qualifications4 years of CNC 2-axis turning experience on machines with Fanuc controls Ideally on long, big bore machines

The successful candidate will have experience with the manufacture of close tolerance components on 2 axis turning centers machining parts with deep bores with 63 or better finishes.

Requirements

Our shop floor communication system requires an above average level of computer competency including the use of the following software programs:

?Windows folders & files Microsoft Outlook The operator must have as a minimum the following tools: Tool Box 0 ~ 6 OD micrometers 0 ~ 12 ID micrometers 6? caliper 12? caliper 1? indicator calculator

?

Applicants must satisfactorily complete a shop math, blueprint reading and Mazatrol programming competency test.
