Well established machine shop located in South Arlington is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate various CNC machines. This is a direct hire opportunity. This is a day shift roughly 7:00am ? 3:30pm.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, responsible and detail-oriented machinist with good MasterCam programming and CNC milling experience to program, set up and run 3 and 4 axis Haas vertical machining and turning centers. Applicant must have a wide variety of skills and be willing to learn new ones, and must be accustomed to using a variety of measuring instruments. Candidate must be able to read blueprint or job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances. This position requires standing and periodic lifting up to 50 pounds

If you apply for this position you must have these requirements to be considered:

5+ years CNC programming, set-up and operation experience

Must have a working knowledge of G codes and set ups

Must have own tools

Experience with HAAS

Attention to detail

Team player

MasterCam a definite plus

The company uses CAD drawings.
