CT Detector Manufacturing Production Engineer

CITY: Milwaukee STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
As the manufacturing process engineer your primary focus will be driving quality, compliance and productivity in our ceramic manufacturing center. As a process owner, you will be responsible for equipment ranging from powder processing machines to critical furnaces that make our world class ceramics used in the manufacturing of CT and airport security scanners. You will also become a critical member of our environmental health and safety team driving continuous improvements around ergonomics and general safety. A successful candidate will also be expected to drive process improvements through sound data driven decisions while applying the rigor of Six Sigma.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Strong analytical skills
- 3 years minimum experience in manufacturing or engineering
- Demonstrated project planning, organization and execution skills
- US Citizenship or Green card holder from a NATO country

Desired:
- Masters Degree in Engineering
- Green Belt/Black Belt certified.
- Highly motivated cross-functional team player able to balance multiple projects.
- Chemical/Materials/Ceramic engineering background.
- Solid understanding of FDA and ISO compliance.
- Strong communication skills
