CUSTOMER LIASON REPRESENTATIVE

QUALIFICATIONS:Five years experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing; EDI knowledge is a must; Automotive Web Systems; Inventory Control; Shipping and Receiving knowledge; Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; Must be detail-oriented; Past supervisory experience is a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure products are shipped to meet customer demands.

Communicate with external customers on a daily basis.

Communicate customer issues internally with the appropriate department on a daily basis to come to a resolution.

 Work with Material Manager to ensure 100% delivery rating to all customers.  Develop action plans to improve those ratings which fall below this goal.

Review Customer performance ratings and implement ideas for continuous improvement.

Coordinate all Customer Service activities and personnel with Materials Manager.

Monitor and ensure EDI systems are working.
