Chemical Maintenance Manager/Superintendent - Water Treatment Chemicals/Pulp and Paper

Our client is a well established, rapidly growing producer of specialty chemicals for a wide array of industry segments.  They are financially secure and hold a good standing in the industry as being a one-stop shop to some of the industry's most prominent companies.  Recently, a priority has been placed on the company's plant operations, specifically upgrading the facility's technical and production capabilities. 

They have contracted RSI to locate a Maintenance Manager/Superintendent position for one of their plants in Georgia.  This is a continuous chemical operations plant consisting of pumps, centrifuges, and blowers.  This plant is a non-union environment that in need of mechanical expertise to help a plant that needs to upgrade their production capabilities and technology. 

The qualified candidate for this position will have had both hands-on mechanical maintenance experience as well as manager exposure.  Someone with a good preventative maintenance (PM) program understanding would help this plant out a lot.  Additionally, someone that is familiar with pumps and blowers mechanically is a must for this position.  Candidates must have a proven track record of working from a maintenance and management standpoint within a 24/7 continuous operation chemical manufacturing environment.  Degree required.
