Outstanding opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer with an expanding, highly profitable and secure Fortune 100 corporation! This is a highly successful, multi-national corporation that has NEVER downsized, is well established and highly, highly profitable. This organization is well respected throughout the world. This position is with one of their larger divisions that is expanding rapidly and needs an experienced CFO, Controller, Finance Director or Vice President of Finance to manage the financial portion of this critical and growing division. Candidates MUST demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, professionalism and show strong - obvious enthusiasm on the phone. A dynamic and high-energy individual is critical for this opening.  This Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the President of this large division.  The position is a newly created one strictly due to rapid growth within this division.  Candidates must have had significant P&L experience and responsibility, without exceptions. Candidates MUST have experience with Mergers and Acquisitions for to be considered for this opening.  This is a critical aspect of this role. Salary- $160,000 to $190,000 (based on Experience)

Annual Bonus- First Year- $30,000

Sign-On Bonus- Negotiable Based on Experience

Requirements:



- Strong and stable job history required for this.

- Obvious enthusiasm and a dynamic energy level required.

- Experience involving 300+ million dollars (this division will soon be a 1 billion dollar division)

- Experience with mergers or acquisitions required for this, please show in your resume to be considered.  This position requires M&A experience (due diligence etc.).

- Experience with divisions or companies that are 100 million+ dollars (prefer 300 million dollars+)

-Strong forecasting and budgeting experience needed.

- Manufacturing environment experience is required for this, no exceptions.

- Minimum of a 4-year college degree in Finance, Business or Accounting (absolutely requires minimum of 4-year college degree with major in either Accounting, Business or Finance), an MBA is a plus!!.

- 10+ years in upper level financial management positions

- Strong experience with varied financial responsibilities

- Proven strong leadership skills

- Strong computer skills

- Should like working in a very positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented environment. This describes this one without doubt.
