Rate:  $17.67-$18.87 per hour

Job Purpose:  Perform duties to assemble, wire, program, and prepare systems for shipment to
    customers.


Job Duties: Review customer orders and check and verify units provided by stockroom as to accuracy and proper quantity.Review customer layout to plan assembly method, load and fasten units on chassis racks, wire in and interconnect units of the total system and visually check for accuracy and completeness.Program system boards in accordance with programming work sheets.Clean system for proper appearance.Pull amplifiers from system racks and pack in cartons.Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Notify supervisor of unusual problems.Build special order systems as specified by Sales and/or Engineering department.Ability to lift, move assembly, wiring and hook up of component units to chassis, over 1 lb. up to 5 lbs. 15% to 40% of the time, over 5 lbs. up to 60 lbs. up to 15% of the time, and over 60 lbs. up to 15% of the time.

 

 

Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required.

 

 

Experience:Minimum of 2 years technical training background or equivalent.Minimum of 1-3 years experience.

 

 

Requirements:Must pass Electronics Test.
