RESPONSIBILITIES

???? Self-start and detail oriented.

????????? Lead daily operational planning to achieve the highest quality in all areas which relate to the effective operation of MFF.

???? Mechanic Shop

???? Welding Shop

???? Outside Crew

?? Assess and recommend system and/or development changes to streamline production and/or quality assurance efficiency.

???? Ability to recognize potential problems before they happen.

?? Develop highly successful cross-departmental working relationships and foster the same from all MFF staff.

???? Coordination of labor between fertilizer plant and egg production plants.

?? Acquire and maintain knowledge of existing and new systems/applications in order to provide accurate training of MFF staff, vendors or contractors.

???? Strong mechanical skills

?? Keep current on information and technology affecting operational and functional areas to increase innovation and ensure compliance.

?? Provide regular reports to Management which accurately portrays the effort, effectiveness, efficiency and challenges facing operations.

?? Assist in the development and/or review of production documentation on an as needed basis.

?? Assist in the planning of resources as requested by department heads

?? Enable cross-departmental communication between all departments

?? Communicate issues between departments

?


REQUIREMENTS

?? Must demonstrate ability to lead people and get results through others

?? Posses understanding of Project Management and Quality Assurance principals and best practices



?? Must possess ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

?? Must have a strong to functional understanding of the following tools, processes as well as be able to share knowledge across departments in order to effectively integrate them with current or new programs and/or applications:

?? Must be equally comfortable communicating with management, all MFF staff, clients, 3rd-party vendors and contractors

?? Must be capable of coaching/mentoring and should confidently lead, motivate, influence and drive progress

?? Exceptional attention to detail

?? Excellent problem-solving skills

?? Must be proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues

?? Practiced in negotiating with others in ways that result in win/win agreements and outcomes

?? Must demonstrate excellent analysis, assessment and execution capabilities in order to efficiently support all teams as needed

?? Qualified individual will have a minimum of 3+ years of progressive management experience, superior communication, interpersonal skills, and mechanical aptitude.
