Qualifications:

Six Sigma Black Belt certification a must.

Must have experience in an Electronics Manufacturing envoronment.

Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

Should have previous experience with the successful completion of Six Sigma projects.

Should have experience with the design and analysis of DOEs (Design of Experiments).

Must be open to travel.

Must be a strong team leader and have good communication skills.

Should have previous experience in Program Management.

Basic financial analysis experience preferred.

Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading, managing, executing, and completing of Continuous Improvement projects.

Also responsible for customer service and warranty analysis, logistics and material planning/procurement using Six Sigma methodology.

Design and analyze experiments and studies using advanced statistical methods.

Transfer Knowledge to other Continuous Improvement Managers.
