Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement Manager

Our client, and world-class beverage company, is searching for a Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement Manager to join their Manufacturing Team. This focus of this position will be around managing specific projects that will improve manufacturing operations. An understanding of national impact to the smallest detail is imperative. Strong PC skills (MH97 Tracking Tool; SAM/PETS/ARMAC/EIT or other downtime tracking tool; CDM/CI) and basic knowledge of CMMS and MOMO/SAP are needed.

 

This position reports to the Factory Manager, and does not supervise any one person or team directly.

 

The qualified candidate will have:

 

- Bachelor's degree, Engineering major or higher

- 5 years of quality systems leadership with the ability achieve quantifiable process improvement results in a high speed manufacturing environment.

- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Certified Green Belts are acceptable)

- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach people.

- Ability to communicate effectively with entire facility.

- In-depth understanding of CI processes.

- Ability to influence change and innovation in a team atmosphere.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Ability to excel in a team environment.

- Previous experience in a food or beverage production environment a plus.

 

 

Must be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.
