Coordinator

The Integration Coordinator is Hardware Integration & Deployments key position in controlling the flow of Engineering changes to be incorporated.  Reviews and assists in prioritizing planned change activity. Assures the required parts are available for implementation into the device an coordinates the prioritized activities with Site Chief, Engineering and Operations. The Integration coordinator will review shortages databases, monitoring and updating to ensure known arrival dates for materials.

 







College degree in Operations Management plus three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

 

Review Engineering Change Request (ECR) Databases and create reports of status/implementation

Review Shortage databases and create reports of status

Coordinate efforts with various departments for prioritization of work with parts availability

Assist in packaging/planning work activity

Interpret Engineering drawings/parts lists and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)

Support Technical Leads, Site Chiefs, Hardware Support and Integration Groups

? Knowledge of production control and manufacturing processes

? Detail oriented

? Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook Competencies:
