Coordinator-Quality Assurance

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the production of toner products at our supply products? facility in Lawrenceville. This position is responsible for the effective coordination of the implementation, verification of use and determination of both short- and long-term effectiveness of countermeasures.

The successful candidate will:Verify the short- and long-term toner process quality countermeasures issed by the Quality Control department. Ensure that each countermeasure is in place, functioning effectively and followed. Maintain database tracking quality for all products shipped from Ricoh Georgia. Perform other duties as directed that may include but not limited to compling trial quality results and lot information, create spreadsheets for new product set-up, documentation of tests, specs, schedules, procedures, and results, and verification of artwork on product packaging. Prepare weekly/monthly departmental reports. Create and maintain ISO documentation and QA technical standards. Track defects found in receiving or process line and review and coordinate the disposition of nonconforming materials.

Qualifications:Vocational/technical training with 5 years experience in manufacturing/QA/QC required. Must have working knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes (e-mail), quality systems and metric units. Must have the ability to write technical documents. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and ability to read drawings preferred. Basic knowledge of ISO9000 and ISO14000 required.
