Copy Center Supervisor

Come join our professional outsourcing team! IKON Management Services currently has an opening for a Copy Center Supervisor to work at a customer site in Canton, MA. This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day supervision and management of one site employee, as well as the workflow processes. The Site Supervisor is a working team leader and will perform front-end production tasks as needed.

Primary Duties include:
? Providing outstanding customer service via the phone or in person
? Copy job production and finishing as needed
? Scheduling jobs and ensuring they meet quality standards and deadline requirements.
? Preparation of site reports and paperwork
? Accountability for contract compliance

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and take initiative. Must be a team player. This position may have periodic overtime involved as needed. Candidate should have intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in a related field. Previous copy center/mail room experience preferred but no required. College degree and prior supervisory experience, and background in retail or hospitality environment are all a plus!
