Copy/Production Specialist - Litigation

IKON currently has an opening for a Copy/Production Specialist - Litigation to work at a customer site in Hartford, CT. This position will be responsible for high volume litigation copy work in a law firm environment. THIS POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 10AM-7PM.

Primary Duties include:
? Provide outstanding customer service via the phone and in person
? Operate high volume copy / duplication equipment
? Perform job finishing and quality control
? Maintain accurate records and logs in an organized manner
? Interpret written instructions on Copy Instruction forms for accurate completion of copy jobs
? Maintain copier, add paper, toner and staples, clean glass, clear paper jams and obtain supplies

Other Requirements include:
? The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
? The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
? At least a basic knowledge of MS Office and e-mail
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
? High School Diploma or Equivalent

The ideal candidate will possess prior customer service experience and an excellent work history. Ability to multitask and take initiative is a plus. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. This position does require prior experience with high volume copy/litigation copy.
