Corporate Controller - Heavy Industrial Manufacturing

Title:  Corporate Controller
Salary & Bonus: $140K with 30% annual bonus target
Location:  Southwestern Pennsylvania (relocation assistance will be provided)

A heavy industrial manufacturing company with over $500MM in sales, part of an international company, headquartered in Southwestern Pennsylvania is looking for a Corporate Controller reporting to the CFO with exposure to multi-plant heavy industrial production and manufacturing locations.  This position will oversee and ensure the accurate and timely preparation and consolidation of accounts for all legal entities and reporting units of the company in compliance with US GAAP; lead and manage implementation and maintenance of a solid internal control environment consistent with company policies and standards; enhance and streamline all accounting processes in line with best practices.

Candidates MUST HAVE the following (please don't apply if you don't meet the following requirements):

**Experience MUST be recent - individuals who have been in 'consulting' or an owner of 'their own business' is not a fit**Bachelors degree in Accounting and a CPA Certification 10 to 12 years of overall accounting career experience with a minimum of 6 years in heavy manufacturing/processing/mining Previous experience in a Controller or Corporate Financial Management role working with multiple plants (8+) and responsible for over $500MM in sales A strong background SAP (another ERP accepted but SAP is highly preferred) Experience with budgeting and forecasting Strong cost accounting, financial analysis and strategic planning Demonstratable experience with standard and activity based costing

Exposure to IFRS and Currency Translation would be a plus. The Corporate Controller role is a Leadership role and we need a high potential person with excellent Manufacturing Accounting skills complimented by strong management, leadership, communications and presentation skills as well as the energy and ability to jump in and contribute immediately.  Travel requirements will be in the 10% to 15% range.
