Cryogenic Technician (3557564)

Kelly Engineering Resources is a Fortune 500 Company with locations through out the United States, Europe, and Australia. We ahve an immediate need for a cryogenic technician to work a permanent full time position in Burlington, NJ.

In this position, you will provide industrial service work at refineries, chemical plants, steel mills, pipeline facilities and electrical generation stations. Overnight travel to customer sites is required. The Technician will have acquired detailed technical knowledge/skills to safely & efficiently operate the industrial equipment. You will exercise a significant amount of independent action, seeking advice from more senior technicians where deviations from the norm occur. You will mobilize, operate, maintain and repair equipment. Associated duties will include determining customer requirements, and providing a variety of nitrogen pumping applications. (Job entails transporting Nitrogen filled tanker truck to customer site and off-loading Nitrogen at customer site per customer requirements/specifications.)

Position Qualifications:

The cryogenic technician needs to possess the following qualifications in order to effectively perform the job.
- Possess the ability and focus necessary to complete all assigned tasks safely.
- Possess (or be eligible to obtain) a Class A Commercial Drivers
License (experience helpful but not necessary)
- Be comfortable in communicating with customers and fellow Praxair
employees.
- Demonstrate good organizational and communications skills.
- Maintain a good positive attitude while in the workplace.
- Detailed understanding of required forms & documents (timesheets,
expense reports, etc)
- Detailed understanding of company policies and procedures
- Understanding and commitment to Praxair Safety Standards
- Work flexible shifts and adapt readily to new work environments.
- Have a strong mechanical/heavy equipment operation/industrial
equipment aptitude & experience.
- Ability to travel as needed.
