We have just had another position become available due to promotion. Join us as we continue to expand. As the Assistant Manager of Customer Service, you will help to lead a dedicated and professional team. The ideal candidate must be a team leader and a team player and should possess previous customer service or call center experience. Responsibilities include the overseeing of order processing, trouble-shooting technical problems, and providing accurate and timely information to our customers. No prior experience in the plumbing industry is necessary; however, a strong aptitude for trouble-shooting is strongly desired.
