Customer Service Rep.

A growing plastic manufacturing company is currently seeking a customer service representative. Competitive salary, medical and dental benefits and 401k match.

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to entering orders, contacting customers to confirm deliveries via e-mail, telephone and custom reports. Filing, keeping quotes updated and assisting accounts receivable when necessary. You will also work closely with manufacturing, assembly and purchasing to ensure superior customer service.Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum high school diploma, degree preferred but not necessary. 3 years experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, along with decision-making and problem solving skills.

Team oriented and well organized.

Computer literate must be able to use Microsoft Office.

Experience using an ERP system a plus.
