Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join us in our Livonia, Michigan facility.



As our Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate your efforts with our production staff to quote, approve, and ship customer orders in an efficient and timely manner. You will also resolve past due invoices, follow up on various open issues, and relay updated schedule information through direct contact with our customers.



Requirements include:

At least 2+ years of customer service experience (previous repair or industrial
CSR experience is a plus, but not a requirement)
Strong communication skills
40-wpm or better
Good organization and multi-tasking skills
Extensive familiarity and proficiency with MS Excel & Word
Occasional overtime may be required as business dictates
